In order to make a purchase from our site, you will first need to register.
All orders made on our site are prepared and shipped within 2 business days.
All orders take about 4-10 business days to arrive to the destination in the
United States and Canada and 6-10 business days to other countries.

Telephone and/or mail orders:
Russian Bookstore ¹21 will gladly accept telephone orders.
Telephone and/or mail orders are usually paid by credit cards, we also accept personal checks and money orders.
If paying with personal check or money order, please make it payable to Russian Bookstore No.21.
Orders paid with personal checks or money orders will be shipped immediately after receiving a payment.

Return Policy:
Russian Bookstore ¹21 will gladly accept any returns if the quality of the product if unsatisfactory,
except for where it states that the condition of the book is poor. Returns should be made within 20 days of purchase.
Please email or call us before returning an item. Upon recieving the returned item we will either exchange it
or give you a full refund, excluding the shipping charges, depending on your preference. |
